Ok, so I’ve been looking over my list of jobs that I have laid out at the minute and it seems that I quite often say “Yes” without really planning ahead.

As it stands so far I have 2 GoldSource mods, 1 Source mod, another mod which needs 2D artwork, 4 websites, a YouTube video log, a generic YouTube account, a monthly review for TWHL, an attempt at writing a decent story and a social life to deal with.

Actually thats probably the first time I’ve actually listed everything out and now its even more clear that there is far to much going on there. The Web Development aspect has got to stay because I would like to build on it and maybe make it a career some day. The level design and texture art is also a hobby but the amount I’m trying to juggle at once makes it more like a chore. However, this is another field I would love to get into proffesionally and so is also something I don’t want to scrap. The reviewing team is moving at a snails pace but despite my reluctance to just get my head down and work on a video it is something I enjoy doing. That also covers my generic YouTube account as I use it to upload my reviews. Then theres the vlog channel. This is something I thought I would enjoy but I very rarely feel inspired enough to show my face on the Internet not to mention talk about how dull my life is.

I’ve already abandonned MySpace and FaceBook so at the moment I feel like I’m actually scrapping my social life. This, of course, sucks. So somethings gotta go and I can’t get my head around which of my many time-killers to axe.

Yes! Here it is!

The new blog of Andy Morris aka. Urbanebula is up and runnning. I hope these updates will be of interest to those of you who visit my site and youtube channel and if so don’t forget to comment and let me know.

Right then. On to todays topic: Emails

So, I just registered my new blog and as such I had to go into my Hotmail account and activate and all that. Now imagine my horror when I opened my Inbox only to be told that I had 300+ new messages! I thought “No way am I that popular.” and indeed I am not.

Half of the emails are from companies I have never heard of offering me services I will never need. I’ve got American Companies offering me loans, social groups want me to read their newsletters and a ton of other crap. I don’t even know if I get personnal emails anymore because I just wipe the inbox each time I am required to enter my dusty, cobweb riddled account.

Oh and don’t get me started on online competitions. I must have been selected to win “1 of so many titbits” at least a thousand times.

However, the fact that these companies keep on going and keep sending out these emails must mean that some gullable sap, somewhere in this wide world is falling for it! I mean what in the name of bloody hell!?

We need to find out who these people are and kill them! Seriously.

…well, that or try to sell them something.
